Since it is still not possible to reliably freeze eggs,
for donor egg treatment, we need fresh eggs. Fortunately,
availability of good and healthy egg donors is not a problem
at our centre.
We will be happy to help you find an egg donor. We have many
healthy young fertile Indian women (all of whom are less than
30 years of age, have been medically tested for their fertility;
and screened for infectious diseases) on our egg donor panel,
who have been fully evaluated.
Egg donation in our clinic is anonymous and confidential,
and we protect your identity as well as that of the
egg donor.
If travelling is a problem, the easiest option is that we
freeze your husband's sperm sample (or you hand carry it in
a dry-shipper); we superovulate the egg donor and perform
ICSI using your husband's frozen sperm; and we then transfer
the frozen embryos into your uterus when it is convenient for you.
For embryo donation, we can recruit special egg and sperm
donors and engineer a nice embryo for you as per your
requirements.
PROTOCOLS FOR OOCYTE DONATION

For patients with menopause or premature ovarian
failure.
These patients first need to get two menses
before they can undergo the IVF treatment. This priming
helps to increase the size of the uterus and make it
healthy for carrying a pregnancy the full 9 months.

Inj Gestone 100 mg deep IM on day 21 of menses.
Inj Lupride/ Lupron depot 3.75 mg deep IM on day 21 of menses
OR
Inj Zoladex subcut on the abdomen on day 21 of menses
Await menses
On Day 4 of menses, begin:
